I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I am about our new year! The Association is strong and vital and we are making a difference in the lives of women throughout the country. I am once again honored to be your president. I believe so much in the value of this organization. I strongly encourage you to get involved in the Association because this is where you will begin to really understand how we are impacting the lives of those in the financial services industry. The Twin Cities Metro Group Board of Directors has been working very hard to bring you an outstanding program year. The monthly programs are your best opportunity to meet other women with the same challenges and success stories as your own. The women I have

The Association has many educational opportunities for its members. The teleforums, Paragon Circle programs and much more are available to you as a member. Check out all that FWI has to offer by going to the FWI website at www.fwi.org.

In September, the Twin Cities Metro Group was named the 2007-2008 group of the year by the FWI Association. It is a tribute to all of the hard work and effort put forth by all of the wonderful women in our group. Congratulations to Lynda Koren, 2007–2008 Twin Cities Metro Group President, for a successful year.

As we move forward this year I want you to think about FWI in a new light. I consider my FWI membership to be a gift. The education and leadership abilities I have gained through our organization have been invaluable to me. I want you to think about sharing the gift of FWI with other women you know.
