FWI’s vision is focused on helping women in the banking and financial services industry become effective leaders to successfully move their companies forward.

FWI offers the opportunity to learn, lead, and succeed by networking with others with similar jobs and lives as your own.  FWI provides numerous programs, workshops, scholarships, teleforums, conferences, and networking opportunities to every member. 

The value of FWI has had a major impact on my life and led to my position as President of Kansas District FWI.  FWI provided a non-threatening avenue to step out of my comfort zone and grow as an individual taking on leadership roles.  The camaraderie experienced with the other FWI members has helped provide growth on a professional and personal level.  The chance each FWI member has to attend meetings on a local, district, regional, or national level opens areas to expand sources of information that can be used in every facet of our lives.
