A community of housing and hope for women, WISEPlace serves the destitute and homeless women of Orange County by providing programs and services that inspire, support, and empower them to become independent women who contribute to the community in a positive, productive way. WISEPlace helps women help themselves, and has been the OC FWI's Outreach Program for over ten years.
