International was founded in 1921 as the
National Association of Bank Women and
continues to lead the way as the largest,
longest-standing association devoted to the
advancement of women in the financial services
industry.
FWI’s mission is
to develop leaders, accelerate careers, and

banking and financial services industry.
The association fulfills its mission of
developing leaders by providing the tools to
