Equal Pay Day
FWI members participate in Equal Pay Day, sponsored by the National Committee on Pay Equity and focused on eradicating wage discrimination against women and people of color. FWI also supported the Fair Pay Act of 1995 and FWI's position paper urges employers within the financial services industry to examine their compensation practices and to correct any inequities.

Scholarships
The FWI Foundation, through strategic partnerships with the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the Graduate School of Banking-Colorado, is proud to help women further their careers in banking by providing scholarship opportunities.

Teach Children to Save
FWI joins bankers across the nation for the Annual National Teach Children to Save Day, visiting classrooms to share basic saving and money management tips with students in grades K-12.
