opportunities to be involved in the
association's decision-making processes and

Leadership
By serving on a
Board or chairing a committee, our members gain
the skills needed for strategic planning,
project management, leadership, and
decision-making. Opportunities are available at
the group, district, and international levels.

Mentoring
The FWI membership is
comprised of women ranging in experience from
recent college graduates to senior-level
executives. The association strives to provide
a support network for each member regardless of
what stage she is at in her career. Sign up to

yourself.
Meeting attendance
FWI's group
and district meetings, and district and
international conferences, each provide
professional development and networking forums
for members to expand their knowledge base as
well as their databases of industry contacts.
