Center for Financial Training
FWI is proud to announce our new partnership with the Center for Financial Training (CFT). This partnership offers benefits to both FWI and CFT. FWI members will be able to attend classes through CFT at the best possible rates and in return, CFT Directors from across the country will be joining FWI groups nationwide. When you register online, by fax, or by phone, just indicate your FWI member number in order to receive the best possible rates.
CFT college-level courses and informational seminars are available in a variety of formats, including the traditional classroom environment, online, and self-study. Most of the courses and seminars offered by CFT can also be delivered "on- site" at your financial institution. The CFT recognizes student achievements by awarding diplomas and certificates that reflect the most popular financial services related career paths. Many CFT students turn their financial training credits into college degrees thanks to college credit transfer recommendations made by the American Council on Education (ACE). The FWI Foundation is pleased to offer online seminars through the Graduate School of Banking (GSB), University of Wisconsin-Madison. Now you can participate in professional advanced management education programs at the convenience of your computer. The GSB online classroom provides a variety of online seminars that are delivered LIVE over the Internet so you can have the most up-to-date information and still experience the interactive exchanges of a live seminar. This is not a "text-book-online" style of seminar. It is LIVE using some of today's top industry experts on timely topics for financial industry professionals.The seminars are conveniently delivered LIVE over the Internet using state-of-the-art audio and video technology to make this a very interactive, and hands-on learning experience for participants. Enjoy the convenience of learning at your computer, which saves you valuable time and money. Attendees will be active participants during the live sessions having the opportunity to ask questions via instant-messaging links with the facilitator or during 'open mic' sessions, and participating in live opinion forums.
