Meet Our Facilitator

Coach Kathy Gillen is committed to producing breakthrough results for FWI members. She has been coaching since 1998 and has worked with such clients as: Target Stores/Dayton Hudson, Northwest Airlines, 3M, and Pillsbury, as well as many smaller companies. Prior to becoming a business coach, Kathy owned her own executive search firm for 15 years.
