Professional Development Program
The FWI Foundation Professional Development Program (PDP) was developed to give women in the banking and financial services industry the opportunity to pursue an educational experience that reflects their personal career goals.
The PDP is based on a point system that focuses on the overall FWI experience, incorporating national and local participation in programs, taking leadership roles, attending FWI meetings, coursework, etc. Download the PDP Registration Form and Point Tracking Form.
Upon completion of a requirement, participants accumulate points to achieve the PDP Certificate of Completion along with a notice that is sent to their manager for recognition of the accomplishment. In addition, participants completing the PDP receive a 25-40% discount off an approved FWI Foundation program.
